Plan, review and analyze the design, development, and implementation of simulation and
training projects. Analyze requirements and prepare Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM),
develop test and evaluation criteria of hardware and software and develop test procedures,
conduct test activities, plan and prepare for and conduct design reviews, develop engineering
deliverable documentation. Resolves complex technical issues through research and factbased decision making. Clearly communicates development and design recommendations for
cost or quality improvement. Exhibits a thorough understanding of industry, company and
customer. Conducts project engineering planning and ensures project results support and
conform to the company’s established policies and objectives. May lead and direct the work of
others. Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 7-10 years of experience in the field.
Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
