ACES Reserves
As a prime contractor under ACES Reserves, MES consistently delivered educational support services to assist Reserve personnel to establish, develop plans to achieve, and monitor progress toward, academic achievement. Through this contract, MES enabled the Department of the Army’s Military Departments to fulfill a directive to enhancing soldiers’ competitiveness in various core competencies. In meeting the Reserves program’s overall goal through a series of 22 performance objectives, MES provided the client with superior full-cycle program administration, counseling, automation, test administration, test control, and multi-use facility services. MES’ CPAR ratings for this procurement reflect excellence in performing to the technical, managerial, administrative, and coordination standards the Performance Work Statement outlined.
The operation of the program allowed MES to demonstrate capabilities in the following domains:
Systems thinking and design
Education and training
Administrative support
Test management
Recruitment of personnel with contracting and reporting knowledge
Multi-theater site management
Periodic reporting
MES delivered on these capabilities in three CONUS, and one OCONUS, Army Education Support Zones.
